As the requirement to the technology for the coated fabric are higher and higher, there are three craft method of the coated craft: laminate-coated, thawing-coated, knife-coated.The knife-coated method is the most advanced at present. It has the apparently advantage comparing to the other craft. Imported world Class advanced level, highly precise  equipment from Germany. Our newest products can satisfy more customers who need best quality products. The compeletely new technology from Germany changes traditional production route in making PVC  coated tarpaulin.
In China, no one competitor can make the max width for 3.3 meter in coated
products so far.

Our products make use of the best raw material with high technique and experience. So our knife coated fabric both of  woven and knitting are high quality surface. durable, water resistance and high adhesion strength through knife coated method. When customer ask for special treatment as like Ultraviolet(U/V), flame retardant(F/R), anti-mildew, anti-wicking etc, we can satisfy to the customers' requirements.

Required Material Additions for the PVC tarpaulin 
a) Fire retardant: no flammable (specs can be discussed but expected to be
    at our standard on pvc )
b) Anti-fungus treatment : To prevent buildup of mold , mildew ,etc.
c) Anti-abrasive property :To prevent tear ripped ,etc
d) UV Treated for a minimun usage life of 10 years
e) Water sealed (water repellant ) and Air tight : absolutely air tight,
    no pin holes
f) Tested report: tested by the Intertek Testing Services, result passed
   standard of European Council Directive for Arsenic, Lead, Cadmium,
   Polychlorinated biphenyls, Chromium etc.
